Sasparilli has been raised running free on the range out in the hills, creeks, rocks and trees so has become very self-sufficient, surefooted and athletic. The filly is correct, bright, curious and adventurous and inherited her beautiful red roan dam's outstanding mind and friendly, willing disposition. She was weaned at about six-months old and has been handled quite a bit around the corrals since her birth. Sasparilli is now easy to catch, very curious and interested in whatever you do, leads easily (or will follow you without any halter or rope on her), and is good to handle all four feet. She has been accustomed to lots of gunfire around her and is being groomed for a future as a mounted shooting horse, since she is so sensible and doesn't seem to be scared of anything.
