"Buzzy" is a well-bred older purebred Peruvian Paso gelding. We don't have any information on his early life since his owner passed on a few years ago, but we do know that he is a real sweety. Although 20-years-old, Buzzy is sound, healthy, and with good continued care and feeding, should provide many more years of smooth trail riding enjoyment. Buzzy is a very even-tempered guy with a quiet personality who is very mannerly on the ground and under saddle and willingly tries to do whatever is asked of him. Buzzy is an awesome, bold, confident trail horse and has safely carried beginners down the road as well as on mountain trails. He has a marvelous, LONG-strided brisk walk/gait which he can keep up effortlessly, and he can stand around in the field for days or weeks at a time and still be the same, level-headed and willing boy when caught and saddled for a ride. He loads and hauls perfectly and recently had his yearly vet check-up with shots, checking his teeth and having his sheath cleaned. Buzzy deserves a loving forever home where he can be ridden and loved and enjoyed for who he is; a kind, honest older trail horse. Buzzy lives in central Oregon in the Bend/Tumalo area.
