'Humble' is a beautiful, classy and sound 5-year-old AQHA bay gelding who is ready to go in many different directions. He is a top notch all-around horse who has a limited show record and his NRHA competition license. He was shown in 2011 by a youth in some NRCHA and ORHA classes, and placed 6th in the big Oregon Reining Horse Derby in Medford, last August. Humble is gentle, well-mannered and has no vices. With two years of professional reining training, he has a solid turnaround, huge stop, is light in the bridle, responsive, and a joy to ride. Humble was definitely 'cowy' when exposed to cattle, has had a rope thrown off him and dragged a roping dummy, and is sensible and not spooky on trails. With his excellent conformation, nice movement and size, Humble would also look outstanding English - he has a great extended trot, and the beauty to stand out in the show ring. We presently have a couple of little videos of Humble on the ranch and plan to also try to get some shots of him roping and going over some small jumps in English tack. Humble would be appropriate for a novice or amateur rider with some experience since he is not lazy and does have some speed, and could excel in any number of events including barrel racing. This handsome gelding is current on all shots, worming, etc. and lives in Redmond, Oregon.
