"Fancy" is a beautiful, classy, 4-year-old filly who has extraordinary breeding on both sides of her pedigree. Her gorgeous AQHA sire, MR KID CLUE, has not only the TOP halter bloodlines ever know, but is also HYPP N/N and has a wonderful, kind, quiet disposition. Fancy's lovely dam was a direct daughter of the famous APHA stallion and sire, BARLINK MACHO MAN and out of a granddaughter of SONNY DEE BAR. Absolutely wonderful breeding, which shows in Fancy's great conformation and in her having a kind, willing, quiet mind. Fancy has received lots of handling since birth and wasn't started under saddle until she was a 3-year-old, just last summer. At that time she was sent out to a professional trainer who specializes in quietly starting horses under saddle and then getting them out of the arena and into the hills to move cattle and to learn confidence. Fancy spent three months with the trainer and then returned home to occasional light riding. She has been living out in a 100 acre pasture this winter with a group of other mares and geldings, so she is accustomed to being in a stall OR outside in a herd environment. Fancy was being kept by her breeder as her future "forever" private riding horse so was never pushed, but things change and Fancy is now being offered to a special, loving home with someone who can spend time with her and enjoy her. Fancy is very sweet; she is easy to catch in a field and loves to be babied by girls and ladies. She is not a FINISHED horse at this time, but she is riding very nicely on trails, is light in a snaffle and moves easily off leg. All Fancy needs is a bit of consistent arena work with either a knowledgeable novice or a trainer to work on her leads and picking up the lope more quickly. This lovely young mare has the breeding to go into BIG AQHA or APHA shows in her future if her new owner wants to go that direction, or will make a VERY FANCY pleasure, 4H, High School or College Equestrian Team mount or trail horse. Fancy is current on her shots and worming and lives in central Oregon.
